A breeze off the Gulf blows freely through the island making evening gatherings on the porch a delight.  Home sites are spaced generously apart creating a sense of privacy unlike other developments where homes are built close together. Nestled in the center of the island is a community pool with tables, chairs and chaise lounges for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.  A ring road around the island allows for easy travel around the island to other homes.  Additionally a barge landing is located on the east side of the island for transport across the Colorado River. Transportation on the island is restricted to golf cart or sport utility vehicles which help to enhance the serenity of the island.

Residents and guests access the island in a unique way.  An aerial tram provides easy access 24/7 while a ferry/barge is available for residents and guests to gain access to the island and transport materials and goods as needed.

Exotic Isle is the perfect getaway for the family looking for seclusion at its best. Homeowners are able to dock their boats at their homes making all sorts of boat sports easy to enjoy. The Matagorda area is legend for its fishing both on the river and the Gulf!
