Location

Exotic Isle is a private island community on the Texas Gulf Coast surrounded by great fishing, boating and much more! Nestled on the Colorado River in Matagorda County approximately 88 miles southwest of Houston, 180 miles southeast of Austin and 215 miles southeast of San Antonio makes Exotic Isle the perfect little get-away island.
Situated seven miles up river from the Intracoastal Waterway with easy access to Matagorda's Bays and offshore fishing makes this a fisherman's dream. Don't like to fish? A fifteen minute car ride can the you to one of the most pristine beaches in Texas. Island time at its best!
